Policies

Booking Policy

Deposit Required

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Your event date is NOT confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • Events under $200 require a $50 deposit
  • Events over $200 require 50% down

The remaining balance must be paid before setup begins.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours before your event. We will do our best to accommodate one rescheduled date based on availability.

Setup & Delivery

Delivery and setup fees vary based on location and event size. Please make sure the setup area is clean and ready before arrival.

Balloon Care

Balloons are sensitive to heat, sharp objects, weather, and rough handling. ATL Balloon Bar is not responsible for popped or damaged balloons after setup is completed.

Pickup Orders

Grab & Go garlands must be transported carefully. Large SUVs or vehicles with folded seats are recommended. We are not responsible for damage after pickup.

Late Payments

Final payments not received on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

Photos & Content

ATL Balloon Bar reserves the right to use photos/videos of setups for marketing and social media purposes.

Must book at least 3–5 weeks before your event.
