Policies
Booking Policy
Deposit Required
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Your event date is NOT confirmed until the deposit is received.
- Events under $400 require a $50 deposit
- Events over $400 require 50% down
The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to event date.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 72 hours before your event.
Setup & Delivery
Delivery and setup fees vary based on location and event size. Please make sure the setup area is ready before arrival.
Balloon Care
Balloons are sensitive to heat, sharp objects, and weather. ATL Balloon Bar is not responsible for popped or damaged balloons after setup.
Pickup Orders
Grab & Go garlands must be transported carefully. Large SUVs or vehicles with folded seats are recommended.
Late Payments
Final payments not received on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
Photos & Content
ATL Balloon Bar reserves the right to use photos/videos of setups for marketing and social media purposes.
Booking Time Frame
Must book at least 3–5 weeks before your event.
